Desautels Professors Genevieve Bassellier and Alain Pinsonneault along with Olivier Caya, a Ph.D. student, received an award for the Best Track Paper at the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS).

The team received the award for their paper entitled, 鈥淰irtual Team Common Knowledge: Construct Specification and Effect on Knowledge Integration Effectiveness,鈥� published at the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) held from December14-17, 2008 in Paris, France.

ICIS is the most prestigious scientific conference in the domain of Information Systems, with an acceptance rate of less than 15%.
