Professor Jean D鈥橝spremont from the Faculty of Law of the University of Amsterdam will give a workshop around his forthcoming book on 鈥淔ormalism in International Law - Formal Ascertainment of International Legal Rules after Post-Modernism." D鈥橝spremont has previously published inter alia on softness in international law, HLA Hart and post-modern positivism, and European constitutionalism.
