Memorial Michel Proulx Conference: “The Importance of Ethics and Professionalism in the Modern Era of Complex Criminal Litigation”

The Faculty of Law of and the family of Michel Proulx are pleased to invite you to the first Michel Proulx Memorial Conference.

The address will be given by the Honourable Mr. Justice Michael Code, of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on “The Importance of Ethics and Professionalism in the Modern Era of Complex Criminal Litigation”.

Additional remarks will come from from Madam Justice Elizabeth Corte (Cour du Québec), the Honourable Frank Iacobucci, CC, QC (Torys, LLP), and Justice François Rolland (Cour supérieure du Québec).

The proceedings will presided over by the Chief Justice of Quebec, the honorable J.J. Michel Robert, CP, CR.
