Bob Seelert has been Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi since 1997. He is actively involved in the strategy and management of Saatchi & Saatchi and dispenses advice, counsel and perspective to senior executives and client teams.

Previously Bob was CEO of Cordiant PLC (1995-1997), and was the instigator of Saatchi & Saatchi鈥檚 de-merger from Cordiant in 1997 and subsequent merger with the Publicis Groupe of France in 2000.

Bob began his career at General Foods Corporation where he spent the first 23 years in 17 different roles and positions, eventually becoming President and CEO of Worldwide Coffee and International Foods.

Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi Bob led turnaround operations at Topco, a grocery industry cooperative and Kayser Roth, a leading U.S. manufacturer of leg wear that operated as a joint venture of the Blackstone Group and Wasserstein-Perella.

Bob has degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Business School. He lives in New Canaan, Connecticut with his wife Sarah.

In May 2009, Wiley published Bob鈥檚 first book entitled Start with the Answer (And Other Wisdom for Aspiring Leaders).
