Broadcast — Making Headway: From the classroom to the field: Student researchers in Quebec, the Arctic and Africa

Field research opportunities abound at º«¹úÂãÎè for students. Archeology students are digging up bones at Parc Safari; microbiology students are searching for life on Mars in the Arctic, and; bio-resource engineering students are helping farmers in Africa with food security. Meet some of º«¹úÂãÎè's top investigators:

  • Dr. Andre Costopoulos (Professor in the Department of Archeology);
  • Dr. Margaret Kalacska (Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography);
  • Dr. Lyle Whyte (Professor in the Department of Microbiology);
  • Robert Kok, Michael Ngadi, and Vijaya Raghavan (Professors in the Department of Bioresource Engineering).
