Biography:
Dr. Jim Nicell is a chemical engineer and environmental specialist whose research primarily focuses on water quality and pollution control. His recent work has focused on developing impact assessment methods for water pollutants, including contaminants of emerging concern, mitigating water pollution through enzyme catalysis, and preventing pollution by substituting problematic chemicals used in industry with renewable, green alternatives.
